If I could rate 10 stars, I would. Angel did my last plumbing filtration install and repair. He arrived very quickly and did a fast and excellent job! I couldn’t recommend him and Mr. Rooter more!

Mr. Rooter replaced two sink faucets and one kitchen sink. The technician, Angle, did an excellent job and has great problem-solving skills. He was very professional and courteous. The owner, Kyle, was very polite, answered all of my questions, and quoted a reasonable price for the job. I would recommend them to others and plan on using them in the future.

The main line was clogged. Couldn’t find the clean-out in the front yard. Angel had to pull the toilet. Then the snake wasn’t long enough to get to clog. Came back and installed a clean-out where the clog was. Removed damaged section of pipe. I wasn’t home at the time, but Angel documented everything with video and pictures. I got to see exactly why the clog occurred. New clean-out installed. Video of the entire line clear from house to street. He was great with giving information and left my house as clean as it was. Very professional.

I called at 5 p.m. and had a plumber in my driveway by 6 p.m. TJ showed up and did an amazing job of giving me options and recommendations based on a really bad emergency plumbing need. We came to a deal, and he fixed my whole issue super fast and kept me updated on everything he was doin,g which was super reassuring. I plan on asking for him in the future cause this is what being an actual service member should be like. Ask for TJ he's worth every dime.
